The Museum national d'Histoire naturelle off ers a unique journey into the heart of the desert environments of our planet, from the iconic Sahara to the polar deserts, passing through the Sonoran, Atacama, and Gobi deserts... The public discovers there extraordinary conditions that are seemingly hostile to life and the ingenious adaptation strategies developed by animals and plants to survive, as well as the methods employed

by humans to live in these extreme and fragile environments. A scientific, playful, and aesthetic approach to these fascinating environments that need to be protected.
