At the foot of the Saint-Denis Basilica-Cathedral

La Fabrique de la flèche, a new cultural place located at the foot of the Saint-Denis Basilica-Cathedral, invites the public to discover the construction site and the rebirth of the basilica's tower and spire, dismantled in the 19th century, as well as the artisanal trades involved, such as stone carving and blacksmithing.

A single ticket allows visitors to discover the 70 effigies of the royal necropolis managed by the Centre des monuments nationaux, explore Gothic architecture and its history, dive into the fascinating world of cathedral builders with a lively and immersive journey (craftsmen's lodges, interactive devices, and educational spaces), and attend the 5-year reconstruction site of the tower and spire.

This unique place highlights the craftsmanship of artisanal trades, their transmission to younger generations, around a living and shared heritage. A dining area, and a shop are also freely accessible.
