Drawing the connection between the city and the forest, tree photographer Norbert

Bardin exhibits his black and white prints in the outdoor and indoor spaces of the

International City of the French Language, from the Cour des Off ices to the edge of the

Retz forest. Starting from the city, crossing the castle to reach the edge of the forest, the

visitor is invited on an inner journey, a rediscovery of what connects us to the living. It is an invitation to slow down, to observe, to feel. A lovely stroll between nature and culture.
